so these pictures are from a month ago. i have nothing else to update (i'm bad with the camera these days), so i just wanted to show some proof of hard work paid off. lizard has worked extremely hard to get her business up and running (with the help of the fabulous allison). they seriously are going places people. these pictures are from their kick-off pilates class; it was two hours long and VERY intense. they've sold many dvd's (which i've done and let me tell you, it is worth the purchase), mats, clothing, mat bags...i'm just so proud of you liz. i'm not sure if many of you have heard of studio 5 in utah, but liz has been asked to come on the show and talk pilates! this is so huge. anyway, maybe you should check out their website, once more, if you haven't before. great stuff on there. have a great day.
