for all you pregnant/non pregnant people out there, this is a really good shake that i have made myself multiple times throughout this pregnancy. it is seriously delicious, and i really do feel good after i drink it. not to mention it's filling. when everything else sounds NOT GOOD (which is the stage i'm in currently), this still does. anyway, thought i'd share the wealth. i eat it with a piece of dry whole grain toast.
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (i use whey)
1 cup of nonfat milk (i always end up using just a TAD bit more. a tad people.)
1 cup fresh or frozen fruit (i like frozen because it makes it really cold. i also used a mixed berry mix from costco that i love)
half a banana
2 tablespoons peanut butter
1/2 cup uncooked oats
add ice if you like, however the frozen berries can replace that. mix it up, drink it up, fill 'er up,
