shes so pretty! you know that.

i need to come by sometime and see the little misses and give her a little lovin'!

i know you will figure out what works for you with the sleeping thing. my mom MADE me put claire in her crib from the start so that i wouldn't have to go through an adjustment... it was SO hard at first but am so happy i did that. and i swear by swaddling. i probably did it for too long, but she loved it. some of my friends have used a bassinet, and worked pretty well for them if you wanted to try that....

you rock jenna. so many people love you, look up to you, think you are just the bomb. me included. now go kiss that little beauty!

Hi, I found your blog through a friends and enjoy reading it. I hate to admit to blog stalking, but wanted to after reading your last post. My oldest daughter slept in her car seat until she was five months old because at some point, I just had to sleep. Just thought it may make you smile that people do the same things you do, and for much longer. Plus, I think I kind of rock as a mom, so you are good. With my second I found a moses basket and it worked the same, just better padding so I felt like she was in a bed. By the way, congrats, you guys have a beautiful baby girl there.

Jenna,
Kate really was the hardest baby ever. I totally know what you are going through. She did not sleep well ANYWHERE. But one of the places that worked for us was the carseat. That way we could swaddle her with the blanket, snug her in the car seat and bounce the seat on our knees and not have to transfer her from our arms to crib once she was asleep. Some nights she would wake up every twenty minutes and if she was in the car seat right next to my bed I could just pick up the seat and bounce her back to sleep. Then when she got a little bigger she had reflux so bad my pediatrician recommended I put her in her car seat so she was elevated. She also slept alot wedged in a boppy with her head elevated and sometimes in her vibrating bouncy chair. We went through alot of batteries! Seriously, my pediatrician acted like I should do anything that works. The biggest things was just making her feel snug. Don't be hard on yourself and just enjoy this time because before you know it she will be one and you won't be able to believe it! You look great and she is adorable!

i think you are just lovely and you just keep being the GREAT MOM that you are. there have been lots of times that i have thought i was a bad mom, but then i realize it's just satan putting me down. Heavenly Father, however, thinks i'm a great mom because he trusted me with this precious child.

have a great day!!! :)

Goldie is beautiul and has been blessed with the perfect mommy for her! My mom always says it's a miracle we all survived because with one baby it was only lay them on their stomachs to sleep. With another it was only on their side, never on their tummies. . . Ideas change and we all just do the best we can. You are a good mommy! You know what's best for your sweet little one!
